Terms Of Service
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike.
Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
If you have any questions, please contact me..I will not draw:
- NSFW or fetish drawings.
- Offensive characters/themes or any kind of hate speech.
- Self mutilation or excessive gore.
- Illegal drug use of any kind.
General
- Be clear with references and explanations of what you want. Work with little description may be refused.- I reserve the right to post your commission on social media and portfolio. However, I will respect debut dates, so please let me know ahead of time if you have one.- Please be patient and take into consideration that I am a busy person with another job and obligations outside the internet, so I will not always be able to answer and respond to commissions. If I have not answered any of your messages within 72 hours, please send me another message.- After the project is delivered, the client is responsible for keeping the files secure and accessible.- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. The customer will be refunded.
About the process
- After the project is defined in conversation via email or twitter, your commission will be recorded in Trello. Keep in mind that I keep the conversations saved in case information needs to be confirmed.- A partial payment of 50% of the amount is required for me to start your project. 100% remaining payment is required for me to deliver your final artwork to you.- Delivery time varies between 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the order, queue and only starts after partial payment is made.
- An initial draft will be delivered for approval of colors, themes and fonts.- The client is entitled to simple and quick changes during the approval time (where I will send you a preview of the stage in development, be it sketch, lineart or colorization). Major changes (during or after delivery of the project) will be charged*. Changes in design direction already in progress will be charged.- I will try to send you a preview of your project at every stage (sketch, lineart and colorization) or every major change.- The client will receive a preview of the finished design for evaluation and after approval I will send the finished file.- The client can cancel the commission at any time as long as I have not started it.
Payment & Refunds
- All the values listed are initial. The final amount will depend on the complexity of the order.- A partial payment of 50% of the amount is required for me to start your project. 100% remaining payment is required for me to deliver your final artwork to you.- Payment methods: Paypal is preferred. Other payment methods may be discussed via e-mail or twitter.- Refund will be given only if I have not started your design or if I cannot complete it, so be sure before placing your order. In case of withdrawal during the process, partial payment will not be refunded.
Copyright
- Giving proper credit is required.- No altering/editing, copying or reselling is allowed. Do not redistribute in any way without first consulting me.- Commercial use for streaming is allowed.- Use in physical merchandise/products is not permitted.- It is considered copyright infringement to claim my works as your own.- I retain all copyrights to my finished works or works in progress.

Here are the prices for different types of illustrations. The following rates are listed in US Dollars (USD). For Brazilian clients, the same numbers represent the prices in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

COMMERCIAL USE
All prices listed include media-only commercial rights (e.g., posts, videos, streams, visuals). For full commercial rights (complete usage and commercialization), add a 2x multiplier to the listed price.
